
The only thing better than the smell of freshly baked bread is the taste! Our bakers fire up the ovens at 6am to make sure that by 8 they’re filled with crusty loaves, tear and share rolls, flaky pastries and warm tray-bakes. Our scones and flapjacks make the perfect treat alongside locally brewed Bro Coffee.
We trust the experts. Traditional French dough is delivered to us daily by Cuisine de France and used to make our baguettes, croissants and pastries. When it comes to local recipes we trust McGlaughlins of Cookstown, who deliver us soda bread and potato bread. They also supply us with buns and gorgeous personalised cakes. We’re equally proud to be working with Stewartstown’s Busy Bee Bakery who make some of our desserts.
