
Method
- Roast your chicken in oven until fully cooked
- Dice all vegetables and sweat off in a pan with spices
- Boil rice
- Add rice to the vegetable mix
- Add in whisked egg
- Cook until egg is fully cooked (be careful as the heat from the rice will continue to cook the egg)
- Break down the chicken (divide into 6 equal pieces or simply pull the meat apart and mix into your fried rice)
- To granish use some sliced scallions and sesame seeds
